Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.

During new launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will reach out to let you know.

We offer fast, tracked shipping on every order. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Enjoy free shipping on qualifying orders — your cart will show when you have unlocked it.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package every step of the way.

If you have not received tracking details within a few business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us and we will be happy to help.

Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Please double-check your address at checkout — Elegant Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Elegant Pets is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, or for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs.

If your tracking shows a problem, please reach out and we will do everything we can to assist in resolving it with the carrier.
