Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every Elegant Pets product. If something is not right, we are here to make it right. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items from the date of delivery.

Returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition and complete with all packaging and accessories. The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Items damaged through misuse or normal wear
• Free gifts or promotional items, if kept
• Items returned beyond the 30-day window

To begin a return, email us at support@elegantpets.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back before contacting us — returns received without prior approval may not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within up to 14 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Because we process orders quickly, there is only a short window to cancel or amend an order. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
